Chicken with chorizo, rice, peas, and bread.

Another easier night, courtesy of Mettrick's. This was chicken breast with some (fresh, not cured) chorizo sausage wedged up against it, some red bell pepper over that, and all wrapped up in bacon. Popped it in the oven til it was cooked, fixed some sides, et voila: dinner. This was tasty, too, and not dried out (thanks, bacon). We cooked it on our grill pan (which is a grate over a rimmed baking sheet, essentially), so the bacon crisped up on all sides - if you ever cook anything bacon-wrapped, I'd strongly urge you to do that.
