Pasta e Faglioli soup, cheese & onion bread, and spelt & sunflower bread.
The soup we pulled out of the freezer. It didn't do as well as some others for the freezing-thawing-reheating process; I'll likely not cook extra of it in the future. The pasta was a bit mushy, and the bacon was soft. Ah, well.
The bread, however, was fantastic - we made it to the Buxton farmers' market yesterday, finally! It's been forever since we've been, so we had a good time. These two loaves were one of our excellent finds. The cheese and onion is quite tasty, and we'll definitely get more if she has any in the future. The spelt & sunflower was both our first times trying
spelt - we were a bit underwhelmed, and will give that a pass next time, and try one of her other fabulous breads instead. :-)
