This was odd-looking black pudding. It seems to be fairly popular; I've seen it regularly at our favorite local butcher. But all I've seen before is still entire links of sausage, and much narrower than this was to begin with. And Chris says it doesn't usually have such huge white chunks in it. I'll just let all these other folks eat it, just the same.
