The government is really big on recycling here, or at least they try to appear so. They have curbside pickup, but if your inorganic recycle is more than the little box they give you, you can bring it to various places - every supermarket I've noticed around here has a wide array of collection bins like these, for (left to right) clothing (green), paper (blue), plastics (green), metal (large blue), glass - separated into clear, brown, and green glass (green and brown).
