This park off Philip Howard Road has a dozen names if it has one. I'll just stick to calling it Philip Howard park. This was taken from a footbridge over that brook. After crossing the Red River and the Mighty Mississippi River too many times to count, I laughed when Chris tried to call this a river. At any rate, it's quite peaceful here.
